Utilizing the Boundary Survey with or without the Topographic Surveying to show what is being planning for the site. Sketch Plan or Plot Plan are used to obtain a building permit and show what is being planned for the site. Banks or Government agencies may require an As-Built survey showing the actual location of the improvements on the site.
