Letter of Map Amendment (LOMA)

If the structure is out of the floodway normally takes 1 to 2 months once submitted to FEMA to get the letter of approval from FEMA. How we do the field portion for the elevations, we will go on site and collect the data to verify that it’s out of the floodplain before we continue. If it is not out of the floodplain, we stop work, contact you.  We can complete the elevation certificate for possible discounts on flood insurance. If all the elevations check with the base flood elevation then we will proceed getting all the documents ready to submit to FEMA for the letter of map amendment.
